Emergency procedures
A named vet clinic eight minutes away, on call 24/7, with your dog's file already on record. You are called first — always — and we drive, we don't wait for an ambulance.
Daily routines
The same rhythm every day: walk, rest, play, rest, dinner, evening loop. Dogs settle faster when the day is predictable, and we don't improvise around that.
Sleeping arrangements
Indoors, in the house, in separate rooms unless dogs arrive together. Bring their own bed and blanket — it matters more than anything we can provide.
Medication
Administered on your written schedule and logged with a timestamp you receive each evening. Injections and post-operative care included at no extra cost.
Group matching
Every dog does a half-day trial before the first overnight. Groups are built on play style and recovery speed, not size or breed — and some dogs simply walk alone.
Insurance
Fully licensed and insured for third-party liability and veterinary incident. Certificates are shared with your booking confirmation, unprompted.
